| Dynamometer Motor Benches are just one of the ways PSI brings state-of-the-art motor repairs to you. Using the Dynamometer Motor Benches enables full load testing of 95% of the motors in for repair and verifies motor performance. In addition, High Voltage Surge Tests check extreme conditions motor winding.
We analyze and evaluate motors for vibration, temperature fluctuations, bore runout and, of course, electronic integrity. Drives and power supplies of virtually any make or rating are repaired to OEM specifications and are load tested to check for proper voltage and current characteristics. Feedback components such as tachometers, resolvers and incremental
or absolute encoders are checked and repaired. We also check and repair tape readers, weld controls, weld rectifiers, and motor driven portable welding equipment.
To complete the repair cycle, our trained technicians perform bench tests, as well as extensive system or closed-loop testing. It is this unmatched testing capability that sets PSI apart from all other repair services. |
