Not only do we have millions of dollars in custom system test fixtures, but our Diagnosys PinPoint Systems are the latest universal In-Circuit Test equipment available. When coupled with proprietary serial testing techniques and surface-mount handling equipment, PSI can repair even the most advanced Microprocessor or Digital Signal Processor circuits. In fact, our customers often ask us to improve failure-prone products through the use of better parts or full circuit redesign. We also design and manufacture replacement parts for obsolete items.

Circuit Board Repair Process

The next step in the circuit board repair process is what separates us from all other competitors. After the circuit board repair is completed, your component is installed into a system that's identical to the one from which it came, then system tested. At PSI, we have invested several million dollars in purchasing the same systems that operate in your plant. This means that if you send us an Allen Bradley programmable controller circuit board, it is repaired and then tested in an Allen Bradley controller. The same is true for Modicon circuit boards and components, Square D, Fanuc, Kuka, Reliance, Siemens, GE and dozens of other brand name electronic circuit board manufacturers. System testing is the only way to guarantee circuit board repair integrity, and that's why our facilities look a lot like yours - complete with all the systems you use in your plant.
